Our home has a spacious open living area with a fully equipped kitchen (granite counters!) so you can socialize while you are cooking. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper in the living room. Walk in shower in the guest bathroom, tub/shower combo in primary bathroom. There is a stackable washer and dryer in our condo for your added convenience as well as FREE WIFI WIRELESS INTERNET.

-Parking: Parking pass (1 per vehicle) must be purchased on arrival from the HOA office ($20), which is located right next to Harry the Hats restaurant at the entrance of Arcadian Dunes (near the pool deck). Parking pass will also come with 2 pool passes (1 per villa for each of the 2 on-site pools). No golf carts, motorcycles, or trailers allowed.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-**Please Note-Unit is for sale. This will not impact any reservations, but there could possibly be a 5-10 minute showing during the stay. Guests are allowed to be in the unit or vacate and the Realtor will lock up when they leave.**

* ATTRACTIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT: The new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk (featuring the SkyWheel) and Broadway at the Beach are just a short car ride to your south and you`ll pass mini golf, theaters like Carolina Opry/Pirate`s Voyage, Lazer Tag, and countless shops/restaurants along the way.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
