ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Guests will receive a final confirmation email 3 days prior to arrival with check-in information, Wi-Fi Internet password, and all pertinent information regarding their stay. If the guest used a booking platform account such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, these details will also be available in their account under My Trips or similar.
CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. No exceptions. Please plan accordingly or consider adding an extra night to your stay (must be reserved no later than 2 days before arrival). Guests can request extra nights through their booking platform such as Airbnb or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
ITEMS TO BRING:
Vacation rentals have different amenities supplied than hotels. Please use this list of important items for guests to bring or get at the store to ensure a smooth stay:
Kitchen Items (Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc.)
Pantry Items (Salt, spices, coffee, sugar, etc.)
Laundry Detergent and Dryer Sheets
Toiletries, Shampoo, etc.
Beach Towels (Bath towels cannot be taken from the home)
Beach Chairs, Toys, and Umbrellas
KEYLESS ENTRY: Most properties feature keyless entry (electronic keypad on the front door) and direct arrival access at the home. A few properties require picking up hotel-style key cards or use a lockbox with keys inside. Details for each stay will be in the final confirmation emailed and available online (for booking platforms) 3 days prior to arrival.
PASSES: Some properties require parking passes, pool passes/bands, entry cards, etc. If they are needed for a property, they will be at the property upon arrival. All information will be in the guest’s confirmation email. Please display parking passes at all times when required.
LINENS: Sheets and towels for all bedrooms and bathrooms are provided with all reservations. These linens will conveniently be in the home upon arrival, with beds already made. Linens provided includes all sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen cloths for the property’s capacity. As an example, if a home sleeps 8 guests, and only 2 guests are traveling, there will be 8 sets of towels as well as sheets for all beds in the home. Guests will not need to pick up linens.
BEACH TOWELS: Guests will need to supply their own beach towels as our linens are not permitted to be taken out of the properties. There is a charge for lost or damaged linens.
PARKING: All properties off free parking. Please refer to the confirmation email for any parking restrictions, such as designated spaces or number/type of vehicles allowed. Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are allowed at all beach houses (no parking on grass). Resort and condominium policies vary. Many restrict the number of vehicles to 1 or 2 and do not allow motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers. Please confirm in advance and adhere to all posted signs and placards.
