At Carolina Palm, our mission is to deliver exception service to every traveler, and to create a seamless, positive experience for our guests. We are a fully licensed, full service property management and real estate company founded in 2010 and with a combined 40 years of experience.

OUR TEAM

AMANDA TEDESCO

Amanda Tedesco grew up in a small town outside of Richmond, Virginia, attending the city’s Governor’s School and subsequently enrolling in the ivy-league Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She spent college summers in Myrtle Beach, working in the in-house marketing department Wyndham Vacation Resorts. After earning an economics degree from Wharton with majors in real estate and management, she moved to Myrtle Beach full time and became an active member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, achieving both her real estate and subsequently her broker-in-charge licenses while gaining valuable work experience in the field. In 2011, Amanda formed Carolina Palm Realty, and she currently serves the company’s Broker-in-Charge. Amanda enjoys traveling, shag dancing, and Italian lunches with her family.

CHRIS GRAHAM

A South Carolina native, Chris Graham grew up in Aiken, South Carolina and attended Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, captaining the school’s tennis team and spending free time outdoors. After graduation, Chris remained in Myrtle Beach and began a career in real estate and property management, forming a company for annual rentals while also being co-Captain at Grande Dunes Tennis Club. He became a Realtor with the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and enjoyed a successful career with Keller Williams before accepting a management position with Owens Enterprise Real Estate based in North Myrtle Beach in their property rental department. Chris then formed his own company Carolina Palm Realty along with Amanda Tedesco in 2010. In his spare time, Chris enjoys going to the beach, watching football with friends, and attending local events and festivals.

JAMES CALLIHAN

James Callihan graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Management and Economics in 1984 and began a career in real estate development in Myrtle Beach shortly thereafter. Through 2 successful home building companies, he made a lasting imprint on the town’s landscape, developing thousands of residential properties in the Coastal Carolinas, from single product communities to 5,000-acre multi-product, multi-phase developments. He founded and sold one of the largest vacation rental management companies along the Grand Strand, Beach Vacations, which hosted over 1,200 properties. A golf fan himself, James played a central role as builder and owner of multiple iconic area golf courses, including International World Tour, River Oaks, Aberdeen, and True Blue. James enjoys boating on the weekends and staying active in the real estate community.
