Terms and Conditions

Check-in time is after 4:00 pm, and check-out time is before 11:00 am.  Add an early check-in and/or late check-out for a nominal fee, subject to availability.
A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap will be provided on arrival.  Renters will need to bring or pick up any additional items as needed.
All sheets and towels, including kitchen towels and dish cloths are provided for the property.  Renters will need to bring their own beach towels as Carolina Palm linens are not permitted to be taken from the property.
Upon departure, renters are required to:
Bag and remove all garbage and food from property including refrigerator.
Close all windows and lock all doors.  Turn off all lights and TVs.
Strip beds and baths of ALL sheets and towels.  Please leave in kitchen floor for cleaning service.  Leave all quilts, blankets, and mattress covers in bedrooms for inventory.
In summer, set thermostat to 75 degrees.  In fall/winter, set to 65 degrees.
Leave all parking passes, pool passes, pool bands, and/or swipe cards on kitchen counter.
Keys: For properties with a lockbox, return keys to lockbox where retrieved upon arrival.  For keyless entry properties, use keypad on front door to lock door.  For properties with key pickup at office, leave all keys on kitchen counter.
NO SMOKING is allowed in unit. Renters must clean up their debris if smoking outside.
Complimentary wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is provided in all properties.  Should issues arise, unplug the router, wait 2 minutes, then plug it back in.  Do not push the reset button.  If problem persists contact Chris at 843-267-1355.
Pets are allowed at our properties except for most condos due to HOA policies.  Pet fee applies.  Please confirm prior to arrival as certain restrictions apply.  Renter responsible for pet damage.
Parking passes and/or pool passes/bands are required for some properties.  Please display parking passes at all times for applicable locations.  Please email [email protected] if passes are missing or more are needed.
Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are allowed at all beach houses and townhouses.  Villa/Condo HOA policies vary, check prior to arrival.  Renter responsible for verification.
Please adhere to all posted signs, placards, and rules at property.
With any reservation, there must be at least one adult at least 25 years old staying on property at all times.  The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.
All charges accrued during stay must be paid prior to departure.
If Renter is evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local/state law enforcement, or the security company employed by the property, additional charges may occur and there will be no refund.
The total number of occupants cannot exceed the total number that can be slept in beds (1 per single; 2 per twin, queen, king, and sleeper sofa).
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit (provided linen fee is not waived), there is no daily maid service.  We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.  Towels are not to be hung from railings.
Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is secured.
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any and all payments, and the party will not be allowed to check-in.
Carolina Palm Realty has the right to cancel any reservation at any time.  If cancellation is made prior to check-in date, Carolina Palm Realty will refund in full.  If cancellation is made during stay, Carolina Palm Realty will refund on a pro rata basis. 
Carolina Palm Realty has the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to move reservation holder to alternate property that accommodates the number of people in the group.
Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
For applicable properties, parking passes are required.  Renters must display parking pass at all times.  Failure to display may result in fine or towing of vehicle at renter’s expense.  Leave parking passes on kitchen counter upon departure.
Standard cancellation rules apply for shortened stays or cancellations due to natural disasters including but not limited to hurricanes, storms, tornados, and floods.  It is recommended that the Renter purchases travel insurance if s/he so desires.
Security deposit is fully refundable and is typically refunded within 10 business days of departure.  If there is damage to the property or its contents, if there are lost or missing items, or if the above terms and conditions are violated, Renter understands security deposit may be withheld in part or in full for the cost of repairs/replacement plus service fee.  If damages exceed security deposit, Renter will be responsible for paying the difference.
