Our home is fully appointed for our guests and has all the creature comforts of a home. Guests can cook meals in our fully appointed kitchen that is stocked with all cookware, dishes, and utensils. Catch up on your favorite shows with our new Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.
Enjoy plenty of sleeping options with sleeping for up to 6 guests including a queen size bed, bunk bed, and sleeper sofa. With a separate bedroom, guests can enjoy privacy or mix and mingle whenever they please! Step outside and listen to the waves crashing from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean just across the street. There is a pool deck at our condo, as well as direct beach access right across the street for your convenience and enjoyment.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
-We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
-This is a non-smoking condo.
-NO motorcycles/golf carts/ trailers allowed.
-Pool is closed from November 1st- April 1st per HOA.
-Pool is not heated.
-Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am, no exceptions.
-2 Pets (Dogs only) Allowed (Maximum 2 dogs, 25 lbs each)
-Check in Instructions will be sent 3 days before check in.
-Beach Towels Not Provided
-One Parking Space provided for this unit, no additional parking spaces will be permitted.
-Keurig coffee maker in unit.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
-A starter bag of one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dishsoap will be provided.
-Daily housekeeping is unavailable.
-Ground floor unit.
-Washer/dryer unavailable.
-No grill provided at this property.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
