House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. Only small dogs allowed. Guest will be fined for pet damage or ruined linens.
6. No Motorcycles or Motorcycle Trailers Allowed. Do not park in grass or on street.
7. Please supervise all children under age 18 in all outdoor areas. Renter assumes all liability during stay.
8. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
