Our unbeatable location is just a few blocks from famous Main Street, where you can enjoy live music, festivals, fantastic restaurants, arcades, boutique shops, and ice cream parlors. The beach is right across the street, and you have an ocean view from our massive balcony and also the living room, kitchen, and dining room.
Perfect for families, golfers, friends, and groups, there is tons of space for everyone to spread out, relax, watch their favorite shows, and enjoy a meal together.
The entire home has gorgeous hard flooring, and the main living room features an open floor plan perfect for mingling. There's a very large flat screen TV and access to the balcony. Watch the waves, watch your shows, and why not do both!
The kitchen is connected right to the living room and has plenty of room for mingling. Sip your morning coffee or catch the afternoon breeze with the hustle and bustle of town being the perfect distance away. Our premium kitchen has all the bells and whistles. From stainless appliances to granite countertops, it is fully appointed to cook everything from a full holiday meal to drinks and a light snack. All dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils are included. There is both a Keurig-style coffee maker as well as a classic coffee maker for that much needed morning treat!
The living room and kitchen area in the house is one that brings together everyone! Huge, open, and inviting, it`s all the details that make the difference.
With 5 spacious bedrooms, there is plenty of room for you and your guests:

5 Full Bathrooms (Ensuite) gives everyone their own privacy, and there are two additional half bathrooms for the living room areas. This is such a rare feature for a beach house, and a loved one by all of our guests.
Elevator to All Levels - There's no need to worry about taking luggage and groceries up stairs or for those with mobility issues. This is your vacation, and our elevator makes coming and going a breeze!
Private Saltwater Pool: Relax at your very own private pool with sun loungers and a charcoal grill poolside. There's nothing better than taking a dip after a great day at the beach, while your cheeseburger in paradise sizzles away! Our pool is open year round, and it can be heated for $600/week or $125/day (notice required in advance).

*Pool heat can be purchased prior to arrival for $125 per day, $600 per week. 3 day notice minimum before arrival.
*Two drip coffee makers and a blender in kitchen.
Policies:
*Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
*Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
*CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we recommend bringing your own hot spot.
*For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
*Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must properly dispose of any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6.No motorcycles or trailers allowed. Golf carts are ok!
7. MOVING FURNITURE IS NOT ALLOWED.
8. No bringing grills grills or fryers to the property (includes turkey fryers - these are a fire hazard and always spill grease on the concrete - very costly and time consuming to clean) Violation of rules can result in eviction without refund and additional fines of up to $600.
