*This unit is located on the third floor with one elevator.
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st (may vary slightly due to weather)

*Washer and dryer located inside condo.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Keurig and drip coffee makers provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Top rated location and free parking on site for 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles are not allowed due to building rules and space constraints. Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the rear parking lot by the picnic tables. No smoking on balconies or by pool.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or campers allowed.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
