Our beach house accommodates up to 8 guests, offering ample space and privacy for everyone. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second and third bedrooms each feature a queen bed. For additional sleeping options, there's a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Each bedroom is equipped with flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans, ensuring comfort and entertainment during your stay.

This property is a haven for outdoor lovers. Enjoy the private pool, or grill out on the charcoal grill while soaking up the sun. The outdoor seating on both the balcony and ground floor patio provides the perfect setting for relaxation or socializing.

**Important Information**
- Check-in is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Please plan accordingly or consider adding an extra night to your stay.
- Minimum Renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
-No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers.
- Home is completely non-smoking.
-No elevator access.
-The pool is not heated.
-Hot tub is not available for guest use.
-Daily housekeeping unavailable.
-Check in information will be sent 3 days before check-in.
-A starter bag of one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish soap will be provided.
-Any rentals longer than one month will require a monthly inspection by management.
Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we recommend bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
