-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC, OR HORSEPLAY. NEIGHBORS ARE FULL TIME RESIDENTS AND WILL CALL THE POLICE. GUESTS MUST BE RESPECTFUL AND OBSERVE QUIET HOURS AFTER 8:00 P.M. FINES WILL APPLY FOR VIOLATIONS.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
3. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
4. If departure procedures or above terms in this email are not followed, additional charges will apply.
5. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
6. No refund will be given if reservation is canceled after free cancellation period.
7. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
8. Do not throw trash or cigarette butts in the yard. Additional fees will apply for litter/trash on the property.
9. No loud music, excessive noise, or horseplay - neighbors are full time residents.
