Step onto our outdoor waterfront deck with seating, where you can soak in the breathtaking views. There's also a shaded deck on the front of the house – the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. Fire up the propane grill, play in the inlet, or catch some sun – it's your outdoor paradise.

🍽️ Open Living Space:
Our open floor plan allows guests to relax in our spacious living room with a huge Smart TV. All TVs in our home are Smart, meaning you can connect to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and more (Note: no regular cable TV. Relax and enjoy a meal in the dining area, or hang out in the fully appointed kitchen.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Our kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils, plus both a Keurig and classic coffee maker for that morning pick-me-up – you'll have everything you need for a light snack or a full meal!

🛌 Comfortable Sleeping Options:
With plenty of sleeping options for families and groups, our house sleeps up to 13 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV for entertainment.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): 2 Double Beds
Living Room: Twin Day Bed with Twin Trundle bed. The trundle underneath can be pulled upward to make a king bed (two twin beds side by side). Note: Only twin sheets will be provided.
There are three full bathrooms in our home.
* All Bedrooms have flat screen Smart TVs so you can watch your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more! Note: No regular cable TV.

House Rules
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. Pet Friendly - Only dogs allowed (no other pets including cats). No pet fee! Maximum 2 dogs at 25 pounds each. Guests must pick up after their pets in the yard.
