Welcome to our new rental home, just listed and ready for your next beach vacation! Located less than 1 mile from the beach, and in the heart of famous Cherry Grove, you can enjoy an affordable beach vacation in a wonderful part of town. There are hundreds of restaurants as well as new shopping centers, golf courses, entertainment, live music, nightlife, and family activities at your doorstep. The beach and oceanfront restaurants are a short drive down the road with plenty of parking available.
Our home sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. With so many sleeping options, it is the perfect choice for families, golfers, and friends. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, and there are two full bathrooms in the home.
There is a furnished private patio connected to the living room, so you can relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail in the shade. The open floor plan is ideal for catching up with friends and family, and the modern design is ideal for all types of travelers! For additional convenience, there is even a washer and dryer in our home.
Stay connected with our flat screen TVs throughout the condo, including a smart in the living room. Watch your favorite TVs shows on Netflix, Hulu, and more, or catch up on a sports game, news, and shows on cable TV. Free Wi-Fi wireless internet is provided free throughout the condo so you can surf the internet from the comfort of your new vacation home!

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
