Just outside the resort are hundreds of restaurants nearby, Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and SkyWheel, fishing piers, golf courses and more! This resort is perfect for guests who enjoy being in the middle of all the town has on offer while enjoying the privacy and comfort of your own home.
Couples, friends, and snowbirds alike can enjoy the comfort the resort, cooking meals and soaking in the sun or getting out and about to all the town has to offer nearby.

-Minimum renter age is 25, proof of age required. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
-Non-smoking and non-vaping property (this includes balconies and common areas such as pool and stairwell)
-Drip coffee maker located in unit.
-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st.
-1 parking pass permitted.
-No golfcarts/motorcycles/trailers allowed.
-No Pets Allowed.
-Check in Information will be sent 3 days prior to check in
-NOTE-**This is a privately owned unit, guests do not have access to the onsite restaurant or bar.**
-This unit is located on the 6th floor.
-Coin operated laundry room on site.
-Daily housekeeping unavailable.
-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
