*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

Family friendly Main Street is just 5 minutes down Ocean Boulevard and is the perfect place to spend many an afternoon and evening. From ice cream shops to carnival rides in season to live music, there is something for everyone. Cool off with a cold drink and enjoy some local seafood, this part of North Myrtle Beach has it all! There are brand new shopping centers and new restaurants, as well as beach clubs and outdoor events with live music in season.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
