Note: Home is currently for sale. If there is a showing during your stay, you will be notified and a licensed Realtor will be there and lock up when they leave. Showings only take about 5-10 minutes, and you are welcome to be in the home or out of the home - just go about your vacation as usual!

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed. IF YOU HAVE NOT VACATED THE PROPERTY BY 10:00AM, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $200 FEE.
We welcome wholesome gatherings like family reunions, baby showers, milestone celebrations, and small retreats—but please note that our home is not a venue for house parties or loud events.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $200 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
