OUR VILLA
The living room features a flat screen TV with smart features for your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more. There is a private furnished balcony for your enjoyment as well for that morning cup of coffee. Our Inlet Point Villas home is truly inviting and offers a modern open floor plan. It is ideal for spending time with friends and loved ones after a memorable day at the beach and pool!
The bedroom in our home has a flat screen TV and queen size bed, and there are also bunk beds in the hallway area that's perfect for children and golfers. The home sleeps up to 4 guests, and there is a full bathroom.
It is in such a one-of-a-kind location, and there is no other property in town like it! You have the amazing ocean inlet, the beach, and also a location close to tons of restaurants, shopping, dining, live music, golf courses, and more.
Our home has a full kitchen, which is stocked with all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. You can take advantage of the charcoal grill at the complex to make that perfect cheeseburger in paradise under the sun.
There is a washer and dryer in our home for added convenience
**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the first floor, 5 steps required to access landing.
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles or golf carts allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Laundry Information: -Stackable washer/dryer located in bathroom.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Keurig coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
