Plus, the ENTIRE PROPERTY IS YOURS for your stay! This includes the main house as well as the back house, which has a game room, bedroom, bathroom, and full size freezer/refrigerator. The pool is private and just for you and your guests.

LOCATION:
Unbeatable central location in North Myrtle Beach, close to the beach and hundreds of restaurants. Main Street is only 1 mile away, and it has great beach clubs, restaurants, arcades, boutiques, and more. Festivals and summer concert series are held here throughout the year! The gorgeous beach is only a few minutes walk from the house and offers direct access and parking.

SLEEPING:
Our home is 2 houses in 1 and includes sleeping options for up to 22 guests. All beds are full, queen, and king size for maximum comfort!

There are two full bathrooms in the front house, as well as 1 full bathroom in the back house. An additional vanity room for getting ready for hitting the town is also located in the front house upstairs.

Our home has a gorgeous living room featuring a new 50" flat screen Smart TV, so you can stay connected to all of your favorite apps. There is a full dining table and plenty of sleeping options, including a fun an funky cabana chair perfect for photos. The kitchen, along with 2 additional dining areas, flows right from the living room.

KITCHEN & GRILL
Fully appointed and with eye-catching stylish decor, this kitchen is amazing. With a pink Keurig coffee maker, a popcorn machine, blender, and all major appliances, you and your guests will be all set to make everything from frozen cocktails to full dinners - all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils are also provided. There is even an outdoor grill and picnic area for making that perfect cheeseburger in paradise!

In the bungalow house in the back, there is a kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave for added convenience.

Private Pool:
IMPORTANT NOTICE: NO ITEMS OTHER THAN PEOPLE CAN BE IN THE POOL UNTIL OCTOBER 31.
This includes chairs, toys, etc.
POOL PLASTER IS STILL SOFT AND ITEMS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE, WHICH WILL BE FINED TO RENTER.

Your private pool is brand new and features a 1 foot shallow sunning area as well as the rest of the pool being 4 feet deep. It's the perfect size and depth for amazing afternoons socializing and is kid-friendly!
