The fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit are just another great feature of our beach villa.
The Carolinian consistently ranks among the most fun and family friendly resorts on the beach and offers something for everyone. From modern amenities lazy river and beautiful pool deck to the hot tub and kiddie pool, there is something for everyone. Just outside the resort is the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, dozens of shops, oceanfront restaurants & bars, arcades and thrill rides, and even the SkyWheel!
Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival.
**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 18th floor.
*All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed.
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st.
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in.
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Washer/Dryer located in room.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*Carolinian Beach Resort parking garage was designed for small to moderate sized vehicles and contains some compact turns. Oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only.
Carolina Palm Policies:
*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

You`ll be close to everything you need and everything you could want all while having the privacy and enjoyment of a resort and renovated villa to call home! And with the resort just a few minutes from the airport, you`ll be on the beach in no time!
Fantastic central location close to downtown, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, the SkyWheel, Convention Center, & the most popular attractions, shopping, golf, nightlife, and family entertainment.
Restaurants and more in walking distance and close to downtown. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
