Guests enjoy direct and contactless arrival any time after 4:00 on the check-in day and go directly to our home. Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. No formal check-in process, long lines, or forms to fill out!

-2 Car Maximum, passes provided upon check-in.

-Unit located on third floor.
-Outdoor pools normally close between November-April.
-Vehicle Restrictions: Motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, campers/RVs, and commercial vans/trucks are not allowed onsite.
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! AMAZING CENTRAL LOCATION IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH! Everything is at your fingertips! Fantastic restaurants, attractions, shopping, golf, and live music nearby!
Top rated location and free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away. Shuttle runs around property, including a stop at the beach, from 10am-10pm daily from April to October.
House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. No pets allowed. This includes emotional support/therapy dogs.
Note: Unit is currently for sale. If there is a showing during your stay, you will be notified and a licensed Realtor will be there and lock up when they leave. Showings only take about 5-10 minutes, and you are welcome to be in the home or out of the home - just go about your vacation as usual!
