Our kitchen also boasts a custom-built beverage bar. This offers a separate beverage refrigerator and shelving to store additional drinks for our guests’ convenience.
Cook in coastal style at our fully appointed kitchen, which is stocked with all dishes, utensils, pots & pans, and drinkware and overlooks the living room with views of the ocean.
The dining area in our modern, open living area has a full size dining table seating 6, as well as barstools with backs at the breakfast bar, so all guests can enjoy a meal together any time.
Part of our home’s unique end unit benefits is beautiful natural lighting and ocean views from the large dining room window, making the entire area bright and inviting.
Our living room has a brand new sofa, and it centers around a large SMART TV so you and your guests can stay connected and enjoy your favorite shows on Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, and more. BEDROOMS:
With large bedrooms and multiple sleeping options in our home, all of your guests will plenty of space to spread out and relax. The primary suite features a private bath and king bed directly on the oceanfront. The second bedroom has two queen beds, the third bedroom has a new king bed, and fourth bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms offer ample privacy and flat screen TVs for your enjoyment.

Water lover’s rejoice as our resort, Windy Hill Dunes, offers a wonderful oceanfront paradise for our guests. With an outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tub, and kiddie pool, you will be spoiled for choice with amenities on offer.
All are conveniently located on the oceanfront pool deck, and there is convenient direct beach access from the resort and pool deck. With outdoor showers as well, enjoying both the beach, pool, and our home is easy and convenient.
Want to grill out that perfect cheeseburger in paradise? Windy Hill Dunes features 4(!) top-of-the-line Green Egg outdoor barbecue grills and picnic area for the grill master in your group to show their talents! These Green Egg grills are the ultimate in grills and can be used with wood chips or charcoal for an amazing culinary experience on the oceanfront.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
