Premium Newly Renovated 1 Bedroom Direct Ocean Front Villa at the top rated Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower. Centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach on the oceanfront, enjoy sweeping ocean views of the gorgeous Atlantic while relaxing at one of the most popular resorts along the Grand Strand!
Sleeping:
Our home sleeps 4 guests total. There is a king bed in a separate bedroom and a pull-down murphy bed in the living room.
Watch the waves roll in from your balcony and enjoy a cold cocktail and home cooked meal after a great day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals.
THE RESORT:
At the Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower, our guests are treated to a true beach dream. With a dazzling array of water features and gorgeous beach, the resort offers endless fun in the sun. There are three pools, including an outdoor full-sun pool, outdoor covered pool, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, huge 250 foot lazy river, and kiddie pool. There is direct beach access from the oceanfront pool deck!
There is even a sun lawn connecting the beach and pool oasis, which features swaying palm trees, sun loungers, and umbrellas with a front row seat of the waves rolling in.
Take advantage of free parking and free Wi-Fi with all stays. Relax in our premium home, catch a workout in the on site fitness center, or play a game of shuffleboard after a memorable day at the beach.
Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower is a modern high-rise resort and also features conveniences including elevators, and even a café open in season.
**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 1st floor.
*All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*No grills on property.
*No washer/dryer on site.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we recommend bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
