**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
-Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10 am. (Early Check-In/Late Check Out Unavailable).
-Minimum renter age is 25, proof of age required. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
-Non-smoking Property.
-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st.
-No Pets Allowed.
-Drip and keurig coffee maker.
-Check in information will arrive 3 days before check in.
-This unit is located on the 9th floor with elevator access.
-Motorcycles, golfcarts, trailers permitted in overflow lot across street.
-Maximum two parking passes provided, no exceptions.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
-Coin operated laundry room on site.
-Daily housekeeping unavailable.
-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
Carolina Palm Policies:
*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

House Rules
Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
