-Two parking passes provided, no additional passes will be permitted.

-Daily housekeeping unavailable.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
Carolina Palm Policies:
*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.
*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

From world class shopping at Barefoot Landing and TangerOutlet`s a stone`s throw away, to fun entertainment at the House of Blues for concerts or Alabama Theater for live shows to go carts and putt putt for the kids, the area has it all. Enjoy fantastic restaurants including Nacho Hippo or Hamburger Joe`s for a fun lunch or Joe`s Bar & Grill or Greg Norman`s for an upscale dinner, everything you need is just a minute or two away. Watersportsand banana boat rides can be had on the oceanfront, and you can even walk down the beach to the ocean inlet or to Beach Cove Resort for a cold drink at their beachfront Tiki Hut.

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
