Guests enjoy access to all property amenities and contactless arrival any time after 4:00 on the check-in day and go directly to our home. Guests will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. No formal check-in process, long lines, or forms to fill out!

House Rules
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
CHECK-IN IS 4:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT IS 10:00 A.M. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Minimum Renter age 25. No Early Check-In or Late Check-Out.
Important to know:
-Located on the third floor with elevator access.
-Two parking passes provided.
-Drip and keurig coffee makers.
-Pool is usually open April through September. Exact dates may vary. Pool is heated.
-Motorcycles & Trailers have to be parked in the overflow parking lot located between 47th & Surf.
-Golf Carts are allowed and can park in the parking garage, but must have a parking pass displayed.
***Off Season Maintenance: Painting the lobby September 2024; construction under the parking garage-date tbd, should not affect guests.***
Policy Information:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
