Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival. Frequently Asked Questions:
-Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
-No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
-Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
-Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
-Only small dogs allowed. Maximum 2 dogs 25 pounds or less each.
-No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, golf carts, or campers allowed. 2 vehicle maximum.
-Pool closed November-April.
-This unit is located on the 2nd floor, no elevator available.
-Keurig and drip coffee makers provided
-Daily housekeeping service is not provided
-One roll of toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels are provided in a starter bag.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.-
