There are 2 double beds and also a queen size sleeper sofa for maximum space and comfort.

This resort is perfect for guests who enjoy being in the middle of all the town has on offer while enjoying the privacy and comfort of your own home.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
-Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10 am. (Early Check-In/Late Check Out Unavailable)
-Minimum renter age is 25, proof of age required. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
-Non-smoking Property
-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st
-No Pets Allowed
-Check in Information will be sent 3 days prior to check in
-No golf carts/trailers allowed.
-Motorcycles only permitted in overflow parking across street.
-One parking pass maximum provided, no exceptions.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
-Daily housekeeping unavailable.
-Coin operated laundry room on site.
-Drip coffee maker in unit.

**-Due to this being a privately owned unit, guests do not have access to the on site bar and restaurant.**
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
