Top rated location and free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away. No motorcycles, trailers, boats, campers, or RVs allowed.
House Rules:
Check-In 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out 10:00 a.m. - No early check-in or late check-out. Add an extra night to your stay if you need more time.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
