GAMES GAMES GAMES!  There is no other home like this one!  Enjoy a pool table, a foosball table, a pinball machine, an electronic dartboard, and even a putting green!  The main game area is in the enclosed garage on the ground floor - near the pool.  The pinball machine is on the second floor, and the putting green is outdoors by the pool.

Our huge living space has it all.  With a modern open floor plan, it`s perfect for everyone to hang out in style.  The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar.  The dining table is in this open area as well as a spacious L-shape couch ideal for catching up with friends or watching TV

The spacious design, hard flooring, and great art work are just a few of the touches that make the home so inviting. 

The beach is a short 3 minute walk from the house.  Coming home from the beach? You`ll also be able to wash off any sand at outdoor shower by the pool!
