Our home features a full kitchen with all dishes and cookware, a spacious living room, and sleeping options for everyone, this is the paradise home.
Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or cold afternoon cocktail poolside or on our front porch!
There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out at our 6 bedroom beach house, which sleeps up to 19 guests!

The gorgeous Atlantic Ocean is right across the street and this is a stunning stretch of beach for plenty of fun in the sun! Enjoy long walks, smashing in the waves, and catching some sun (or an afternoon nap!) all while being just steps from our beautiful condo and your new home away from home.

**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 21 and guest 21 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking home.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Motorcycles, golfcarts, and trailers are permitted.
*Propane grill on property.
*Washer/Dryer located in home.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Four parking spaces provided. No street parking.
*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*Dogs are allowed/ NO cats. 2 dog limit, maximum 25 pounds each.
*Renters must clean up after their pets to avoid additional charges.

Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
