Policies:
Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

Top rated location and free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.
House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support and therapy animals. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
6. No motorcycles or motorcycle trailers. Golf carts, boats, and boat trailers are allowed. Parking for 5 vehicles.
Note: Physical address says Murrells Inlet, but property is more in the Garden City area - just 4 blocks from the Garden City Pier and accessed easily by the Garden City Connector and Highway 17.
