Enjoy endless options of hundreds of restaurants within a few minutes drive, along with nearby attractions such as Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, House of Blues, Lazer Tag, Mini Golf, the Apache Pier, golf courses, and even Tanger Outlets! The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, and Broadway at the Beach are just a quick ride to your south, while Barefoot Landing with all of its shops and Alligator Adventure are just to your north.
Our home is located at A Place at the Beach I, which is directly on the oceanfront. Watch the passersby on the beach and the waves crashing to shore from your private balcony. When you`re ready for some sun, our convenient beach access and outdoor pool deck are ready for you! Take a stroll next door to Ocean Annie`s for some live music and River City Cafe on the oceanfront, with the best burgers in town!
Coupled with an amazing location is our wonderful home. With new upgrades including a remodeled bathroom, hard flooring, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and ocean view balcony, you can have a memorable vacation in style and comfort. Stay connected with your favorite shows on our flat screen TVs, and enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Parking is available for 1 vehicle. Guests with extra vehicles often park them at a nearby shopping center or grocery store at their discretion.
Top rated location and free parking on site. Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
