This villa will soon become your home away from home. Modern, chic, and Inviting and less than 1 mile from the beach, our home is the perfect place to relax. With stunning high ceilings, comfortable furniture, and coastal bedding along with smart flat screen TVs throughout, this is truly a wonderful home. Come once and you`ll never stay anywhere else...this is it!
There is 1 queen bed in the primary bedroom with private bathroom, and there are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom *
**Important to know**
* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 3rd floor, NO elevator access.
*Pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Charcoal grill by pool.
*Washer/Dryer in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking spaces available in front of building, no additional spaces permitted.
*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
