With stunning high ceilings, comfortable furniture, and coastal decor along with smart flat screen TVs throughout, this is truly a wonderful home. Come once and you`ll never stay anywhere else...this is it!
Culinary Delight:
Enjoy a full stocked kitchen with all dishes, cookware, glassware and utensils. There is a charcoal grill available poolside as well. Plus, enjoy your morning cup of coffee with out Keurig coffee maker.
Cozy Nights:
There is 1 queen bed in the master bedroom with private bathroom, and there are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a smart TV, while there is no TV in the second bedroom.
Pool Paradise:
Enjoy access to our huge Barefoot Resort pool, which is over 15,000 square feet and waterfront overlooking the marina. It has a massive saltwater pool as well as a 12-person covered hot tub. There is also a restaurant just a few steps from the pool.
From spring-fall, take advantage of the free Barefoot Shuttle which will take you from our condo neighborhood's entrance to the large resort pool and the beach!
As a bonus, there is a smaller neighborhood pool right by our condo.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. ***Please note: North Tower pool will be closed from February 1st-March 15th, 2026 for scheduled maintenance and repairs.***

House Rules
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. No Pets Allowed (includes therapy pets). Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
