Guests will have access to all property amenities including North Tower Pool and outdoor grill. Guests will not have access to the marina docks unless secured otherwise (renting a boat, going on a waterway cruise, etc. separately).

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
** The Retreat pool facility will close for the season on Wednesday, November 1st. The pool facility will be shut down in preparation for the winter season. As a reminder, the North Tower pool deck and spa remain open all year long.**
-CHECK IN IS 4 P.M. CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. (EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT UNAVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)
-MINIMUM RENTER AGE IS 25, PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
-Pool is closed during winter at HOA discretion. Normally closed from Nov. 1st-April 1st.
-Barefoot Shuttle is seasonal
-Parking available for 2 vehicles only. Guests can use their judgment for paid parking elsewhere or parking additional vehicles elsewhere at Marina Bar by the pool, Food Lion, Walmart or similar.
-- Pool disclaimer: In the rare event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
6. MOTORCYCLES, recreational vehicles, golf carts, camper vans, watercraft, and trailers ARE NOT ALLOWED. Parking available for 2 vehicles at our property.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
